The analysis of direct and indirect competition revealed that despite the strong growth in the pet accommodation market, most websites are still very rudimentary.
They all use appealing images of animals enjoying their facilities to attract reservations, but few of them allow online booking. And those that do, often have too many steps, making the process difficult and demotivating.
